This statement explains what DeepNexus collects and how it is used.
What we collect
- Account data: email address and a salted password hash.
- Conversations you create in Chat, so you can access your history. You can delete any conversation at any time.
- Usage records (model, token counts, cost) for billing.
- Memories you explicitly save.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not store API request bodies sent to the API endpoints; only usage metadata is recorded.
Model providers
Prompts are forwarded to the upstream model provider that serves the selected model in order to generate a response.
