These Terms govern your use of DeepNexus (the "Service"), including the website, chat application and API. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys secure and for all activity under your account.
2. Credits and payments
The Service is prepaid. Credits are denominated in USD, are consumed according to the published model prices, and are non-refundable except where required by law. Promotional and bonus credits have no cash value.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to violate any law, infringe the rights of others, generate malware, or attempt to circumvent safety measures of the Service or upstream model providers.
4. Model output
AI output may be inaccurate. You are responsible for evaluating output before relying on it.
5. Third-party providers
Requests are processed by third-party model providers whose own terms may apply.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
